Building bRIDGES
Building Bridges is a creative arts program in Ealing aimed at providing therapeutic services to children and young people aged 4 to 18 who have experienced domestic violence or harm. The program focuses on alleviating the impacts of trauma through a holistic and family-centered approach.
Starting Thursday, the program will host group art therapy sessions from 16:30 to 17:30, followed by sports therapy sessions focused on Mixed Martial Arts for an additional hour. Sessions will take place at the Dominion Centre, Southall.
Parents are encouraged to participate in wellness and support sessions during their children’s activities and monthly family therapy opportunities to enhance communication and understanding. Individual therapy sessions are also available for children with specialized needs.
Free parking is offered to facilitate participation, and arrangements can be made with schools for early pick-ups on Thursdays. Building Bridges is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to families on their journey of healing and growth.
