Building bRIDGES
Welcome to our creative arts program designed for children and young people residing in Ealing. Building Bridges is dedicated to offering therapeutic services to young individuals between the ages of 4 and 18 who may have experienced domestic violence or harm in their homes. Our central goal is to alleviate the impact of these traumatic experiences by providing consistent support through a diverse range of creative and child-centric methods. We strongly adhere to a holistic, family-centred approach in our work.
We are excited to announce the commencement of our group art therapy sessions every Thursday, starting at 16:30 and lasting for one hour. Following the art therapy sessions, there will be an additional hour dedicated to sports therapy, specifically focused on Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). All of these sessions will be hosted at the Dominion Centre, conveniently situated at 112 The Green, Southall, Middlesex UB2 4BQ.
While the children participate in their sessions, we extend a warm invitation to parents to engage in our wellness and support sessions. These sessions are thoughtfully facilitated by our expert team, offering a space for discussions and mutual support. Moreover, each family will have the opportunity to engage in a monthly family therapy session, fostering open communication and enhancing understanding within the family unit.
For children with more specialised needs, we are proud to provide one-on-one therapy sessions with our dedicated therapist.
We recognize that logistical factors play a vital role in facilitating participation. Thus, we offer free parking for your convenience. For those travelling from a distance, we are more than willing to collaborate with schools to arrange early pick-ups on Thursdays to ensure accessibility.
At Building Bridges, we are wholeheartedly committed to delivering comprehensive support and care to the children and families we serve. We eagerly anticipate embarking on this journey of healing and growth with your family.
