We provide consultancy services to authorities and charities, using research to promote social equality and improve outcomes for young people. Our mission is to empower organizations with independent expertise, policy guidance, and practical strategies, enabling them to make real, lasting impacts on socio-economic diversity and equality.
We support organizations by advising on policy development, optimizing funding strategies, and enhancing services to better meet the needs of young people. In addition, we offer tools to measure and assess the impact of their programs, ensuring continuous improvement and meaningful change.
Our objective is to drive immediate and sustainable change, working alongside institutions to foster inclusive environments and equitable opportunities.
Our vision is a society where access to higher education and the labor market is determined by competence and effort, not socio-economic background.
Action Research
We conduct research gathered through all our direct support lines. We collect cross-sector & direct access data to inform our work. We use a multi-connection research technique to develop resources and publish guidance papers to inform policy at a national level.
